Economic globalisation poses opportunities as well as challenges. Increased conflicts ensue from increased transactions in the world's trading arena. My role is to provide advice and representation for the business community doing transnational and cross-border business in disputes resolution, and more importantly, to pre-empt disputes from the pre-contract stage.
